Complaints rules

Essential Aesthetics works hard to keep our patients satisfied. The first step in this process is a good consultation, in which expectations are discussed and adjusted if necessary.

Of course, it can always happen that you are not satisfied after all. Although we naturally find that very annoying for you, we also see this as an opportunity to improve our services. That is why we like to hear when we can improve something.

If you have a complaint, we will do everything we can to find a solution together with the help of the following steps:

E-mail us with your complaint and possibly photographs, so that we can discuss them with the doctor treating you.
Make an appointment with your attending physician to discuss your complaint and come to a solution.
If you are still unable to resolve your complaint, it is possible to submit a written complaint which will be dealt with by an objective complaints coordinator. She will review your complaint and inform you about the possibilities (e.g. insurance) you have.

Whatever your complaint, we will take you seriously and try to help you as best we can!

Send your complaint to: contact@www.essentialaesthetics.nl and state the subject ‘complaint’ and the treatment of your complaint. Essential Aesthetics will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
