Complaints procedure

Essential Aesthetics works hard to keep our patients satisfied. The first step in this process is a good consultation, in which expectations are discussed and adjusted if necessary.

Of course, it can always happen that you are not satisfied after all. Although we find that very annoying for you, we also see this as an opportunity to improve our services, which is why we would like to hear when we can improve something.

If you have a complaint, we will do everything we can to find a solution together using the following steps:

  1. E-mail us with your complaint and possibly pictures, so that we can discuss them with the treating physician.
  2. Make an appointment with your attending physician to discuss your complaint and come to a solution.
  3. If you are still unable to resolve your complaint, it is possible to submit a written complaint which will be dealt with by an objective complaints coordinator, who will review your complaint and inform you about the possibilities (e.g. insurance) you have.

Whatever your complaint, we take you seriously and try to help you as best we can!
